Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion

This is a monthly promotion run by TCGDash (Queensland, Australia). A new giveaway runs each calendar month. The current month's prize and entry period are displayed on the giveaway page.

2. Entry period

The entry period runs for the named calendar month only, from 12:00am AEST on the 1st to 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the month.

3. How to earn entries

• Each qualifying purchase made on tcgdash.com.au during the month = 1 entry (base entry).
• Following @TCGDash_AU on Instagram = 1 entry, but only for accounts that follow for the first time during the current monthly giveaway period. Existing followers from previous months do not receive a new entry.
• Tagging @TCGDash_AU in a public Instagram post of your best pull = 1 bonus entry. Bonus entries only count if the entrant already has at least one valid base entry (qualifying purchase) in the same month.
• If there is no qualifying purchase or other valid base entry in the month, bonus entries do not count on their own.
• All entries reset at the start of each new calendar month.

4. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of TCGDash and their immediate families are not eligible.

5. Winner selection & notification

The winner is selected at random by the 10th of the following month and contacted by email and/or Instagram DM. If the winner cannot be contacted by the end of the following month, the prize is forfeited and may be redrawn at TCGDash's discretion. Example: the May winner must be contacted by 1 July or the prize is forfeited.

6. Prize

The prize is as described on the giveaway page for the relevant month. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any other product.

7. Instagram disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability.

Personal information is collected solely to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. General

TCGDash reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or appears fraudulent. TCGDash's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
